The house is 3 km from the village of Os de Balaguer, surrounded by holm oaks. The last 1.2 km is a well-kept dirt track suitable for any car.

Directions from Os de Balaguer

  1. Leave the village on the Ivars road

    Follow the LV-9047 for 2.4 km.

  2. Turn left at the wooden sign

    It says “Masia del Bosc”, right after a sharp bend.

  3. Follow the dirt track for 1.2 km

    Keep the pond on your right. Drive slowly: you may meet tractors.

  4. Park in the clearing

    In front of the house, in the shade of the oaks.

  1. The key box is to the right of the gate

    Behind the big rosemary pot.

  2. Enter the code

    We will send it on WhatsApp on your arrival day.

  3. There are two keys inside

    The big one opens the front door; the small one, the garden and the pool.

Gràcies per cuidar la casa com si fos vostra.

  • No smoking indoors.
  • Quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
  • No parties or events.
  • Maximum 8 guests.
  • Pets: only by prior agreement.
  • Do not flush wipes: the house has a septic tank.
Can we bring our dog?

Yes, by prior agreement and with a €15 supplement per stay. No sofas and no swimming in the pool.

Pellet stove (living room)

  1. Check there are pellets

    The bag is in the shed, next to the firewood.

  2. Hold the power button for 3 seconds

    Choose power 1–5. It takes about 10 minutes to warm up.

  3. To switch off, hold it again for 3 seconds

    The fan keeps running for a few minutes: that is normal.
